Staying at this hotel was very confusing due to changes of rooms only for the room to be occupied by others and the previous were very noisy with people above and beside the room. The changed room were dirty with urine stains still on the toilet seat (i took a photo of this). Hotel agreed to cancel and offer refund but 訂房網站.com was very slow and inconvenient. Very confusing. Lastly, there were many literal mosquitoes at the cafe area which was weird because i sat there for a hour and it was ok and then a staff walked passed and suddenly I received alot of mosquito bite
